Coaching psychology is an applied positive psychology course and sits at the intersection of counselling, clinical and organisational psychology. This unique course will give you the skills to enhance productivity and quality of life of individuals, organisations and the broader community.

Many of our graduates work as executive coaches, helping individuals in leadership positions enhance their professional skills, leadership capabilities, and decision-making processes, while supporting them one-on-one with their personal and organisational goals.

Coaches have a diverse portfolio of work, which may also involve delivering workshops, seminars, or training programs to groups or organisations on topics such as stress management, wellbeing, resilience building, communication skills, change, and leadership development.

Some of our graduates establish their own private practices, offering one-on-one services to clients on a wide range of personal and professional development topics.
