Advanced Diploma of Human Resource Management (HRM) is designed to help you achieve your professional goals of becoming a leader in a HRM department and to cater for your need of a qualification to take your career further. If you are already working in leadership and management positions, this course will help you hone your skills in taking initiative and judgment to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. You will learn how to maximise your cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources to respond to complex problems, as well as to contribute to organisation development.
In this course, you will learn a broad range of senior leadership and management competencies such as providing leadership across organisation, leading and managing organisational change, developing and maintaining strategic business networks, applying critical thinking for complex problem solving, and manage organisational finances. In addition, our highly experienced and capable trainers will also showcase how leaders in the field of Human Resource Management contribute to the development of learning and development strategies, organisational performance development, strategic workforce planning, and the development of employee and industrial relations strategies as well as diversity and inclusion strategies.
The course is most suited for individuals who are aspired to become a Human Resource Manager or Human Resource Director in large firms in both the public and private sectors.

Academic Pathways
On completion of this course, you are qualified to progress to Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) or to undertake a range of other advanced diploma qualifications from the BSB Business Services Training Package or any other training package to further enhance your career opportunities in your chosen field.
You may also choose to seek entry into an undergraduate degree such as a Bachelor of Business at an Australian Higher Education Provider (subject to the Higher Education Provider’s course entry requirements). Coupled with substantial leadership and management experience (more than two years) graduates of this course may be eligible to gain entry into a number of post-graduate courses such as a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration, Graduate Certificate in Management or Master of Business Administration.

With this qualification, you are confident and ready to seek rewarding management positions as the human resource manager or human resource director in a large enterprise, in a variety of industries, in both the public and private sectors.
REQUIREMENTS
International students must meet TWI’s standards for English proficiency. To demonstrate possession of adequate English language proficiency, students must provide valid evidence of attainment of at least one of the following:
- Academic IELTS (International English Language Testing System) overall band score: 5.5, but minimum 5.0 in individual band (test results must be no more than 2-years-old).
- TOEFL iBT (Test of English as a Foreign Language Internet-Based Test) test score band: 46
- PTE Academic (Pearson Test of English) test score band: 42
- CAE (Cambridge English Advanced) test score band: 162
- OET (Occupational English Test) test score band: Pass (A or B)
In addition to that, students are exempt from providing evidence of English language proficiency with their visa application if they fall into one of the following categories:
- Students who have completed at least five years of study in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa or the Republic of Ireland.
- Citizens and passport holders of the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand or the Republic of Ireland.
- Students who have successfully completed the Senior Secondary Certificate of Education or study at AQF Certificate IV level or higher in Australia within two years of applying for this qualification.
- Students enrolled full-time in school studies as a principal course (including secondary exchange programs), postgraduate research or a standalone ELICOS program.
- Foreign Affairs or Defence sponsored students.
