The CHC43015 Certificate IV in Ageing Support program reflects the role of support workers who complete specialized tasks and functions in aged services; either in residential, home or community based environments. Workers will take responsibility for their own outputs within defined organization guidelines and maintain quality service delivery through the development, facilitation and review of individualized service planning and delivery.

Work placement
As part of this course, students will also be required to gain a minimum of 120 hours of work experience in a regulated disability services environment. Students must have a Police Check prior to the commencement of their work placement.

Offsite Training
TMG College Australia can deliver training and undertake assessments using facilities at a Students Workplace, or in a mobile manner (e.g. delivery at a regional/remote location for a specific period or for a specific training course).
REQUIREMENTS
Students must satisfy the following requirements:
- Age: must be 18 years or over
- English Proficiency Level: an IELTS Band 5.5 or equivalent OR undertake a TMG College Australia English language test.
- The ability to obtain a Police Check – Police Check required for Industry Work Placement
- Successful completion of Year 12 or its equivalent
Students are required to take a Language Literacy Numeracy and Digital Literacy Assessment. These will assist with identification of any support needs.
