COURSE DESCRIPTION
An Associate Degree in International Hotel and Resort Management prepares you for global hotels and resorts. Learn from industry experts and build key relationships at the #1 hotel management school in Australia. Take on paid placements with international restaurant and hospitality organisations.
During this course, you will live on-site at our Practical Learning Centre, Leura campus in the Blue Mountains for two six-month blocks. The Leura campus operates as a simulated hotel, where students are both guest and staff. The rest of the time you will spend engaged in an industry placement. This associate degree forms the first two years of the bachelor’s program so it can function as a pathway into a bachelor’s degree or a standalone qualification.

Australian Year 12 or equivalent AND be 18 years of age by the end of the first term;
Academic IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
OR alternative entry requirements may be available. Alternative entry may include assessment and approval of prior study, or successful completion of a readiness assessment.
