COURSE DESCRIPTION
A Bachelor of Business in International Hotel & Resort Management prepares you for an exciting career managing hotels anywhere in the world. Our residential program immerses you in practical learning in our simulated hotel campus and you’ll have the opportunity to network with top-tier hotel brands.
As part of this course, you’ll live on-site for two six-month blocks at our Leura campus in the Blue Mountains, which operates as a student-staffed hotel, where you will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of hotel operations. During the course, you will also gain 1200 hours of paid practical experience through our industry work placement programs and the final six months will focus purely on business management.

Understand all aspects of hotel operations, including housekeeping, front office duties, and kitchen and bar operations.
Master the business side of hotel management, including marketing and finance.
Undertake 1,200 hours of paid industry placement.

REQUIREMENTS
Australian Year 12 or equivalent AND Be 18 years of age by the end of the first term.
Academic IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
OR alternative entry requirements may be available. Alternative entry may include assessment and approval of prior study, or successful completion of a readiness assessment.
