The ‘next big thing’ might be your thing
Information Technology (IT) delivers the skills needed to succeed in an interconnected society. From delivering services and products, analysing information, to building healthy and connected societies through mobile and web applications, IT is the language of now and the future!
IT is all about the application of technology to solve business, organisational, or societal problems. We prepare graduates to be technically savvy, creative, and flexible. Our information technology degree is designed to meet industry’s evolving IT needs. Develop your skills in programming, AI, cyber security, and cloud computing.
As our IT degree includes a specialisation pathway, you may go on to use your specialist knowledge and information technology skills in industries such as health, education, business, climate science and beyond.
Students enrolled in this degree are encouraged to apply for the Data and Digital Cadet Programs, delivered on campus in collaboration with The Australian Public Service (APS).
Through this program, you can gain valuable industry experience while completing your studies. APS supports you while you obtain your degree, offering a study allowance each semester. Upon program completion, successful students will be offered an ongoing full-time job with the organisation.
