You will demonstrate the capacity to conduct research independently with a high level of originality and quality. You should uncover new knowledge, either by the discovery of new facts, the formulation of theories or the innovative re-interpretation of known data and established ideas.

Umulliko can also provide a high standard of thesis supervision. If you have any queries about supervision arrangements you should contact Professor John Maynard.
Umulliko also provides a range of material resources such as financial support, study rooms, professional development workshops, conference attendance support, and statistical support.
Research Seminars and Professional Development Workshops
Umulliko runs a series of research seminars and public lectures that research candidates are warmly encouraged to attend. Also, each year Umulliko runs professional development workshops specifically designed to assist research candidates to develop their research and thesis writing skills.
