Overview
- Emerging are leaders are equipped to master the leadership skills and techniques required to energise their teams, be adaptable and ready to solve problems, and be resilient. They seek to balance competing tensions and ambiguous demands of serving the organisation’s purpose, stakeholders, communities, and environment.
- Learn to become an effective leader in your industry by studying UniSQ’s Bachelor of Business (Emergent Leadership). Our graduates are prepared for the lifelong learning and growth mindset essential for forging a career as trusted leaders.
- Build your professional identity and develop confident skills in ethical decision making, teamwork, complex problem solving, negotiation and influence, and person-centred communication.
- Gain practical experience while working on case studies and a final-year group project together with industry partners.
- Our accelerated pathway option allows you to graduate from this degree in 2 years if you study 4 courses per trimester consecutively. You can also study part-time around work or family commitments, as well as undertake your classes on-campus, online or do a mix of both. You can take the lead!
Further study
If you’re interested in postgraduate study, you can go on to study the Master of Business Administration (MBA) or the Master of Business (provided that you meet all the entry requirements).

REQUIREMENTS
Applicant must have Australian year 12 level or equivalent.
Students from different country must have qualifications equivalent to Australia.
English language requirements
IELTS (Academic only) – Overall minimum score of 6.0 and no individual band score of less than 5.5; TOEFL (internet based) – Overall minimum score of 80 and no individual skills score of less than 19; Pearson (PTE Academic) – Overall score of 50 and no individual Communicative Skills score of less than 50; Cambridge C1 Advanced C2 Proficiency – Overall minimum score of 169 with no less than 162 in each skill.
