Be career-ready with a software development degree. Gain the professional and technical skills to become an effective IT professional and prepare to embark on a career in one of the most dynamic and highly sought after industries.
Learn software development concepts and gain an introduction to software engineering.
Develop a broad understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript technologies and discover how these can be applied to create interactive user interfaces.
Explore web accessibility and the associated industry compliance regulations.

When you complete the Graduate Diploma of Information Technology, you could take the credit from your studies and go on to complete the Master of Information Technology.
Degree structure
To complete this degree students must complete 8 units. Most courses (similar to ‘subjects’) are valued at 1 unit. To study full-time you would usually complete 4 units per semester.

REQUIREMENTS
- Completion of an Australian university three-year bachelor degree, or equivalent. or
- A minimum of five years professional work experience equivalent to a qualification at AQF Level 7.
IELTS (Academic only) – Overall minimum score of 6.0 and no individual band score of less than 5.5; TOEFL (internet based) – Overall minimum score of 80 and no individual skills score of less than 19; Pearson (PTE Academic) – Overall score of 50 and no individual Communicative Skills score of less than 50; Cambridge C1 Advanced C2 Proficiency – Overall minimum score of 169 with no less than 162 in each skill.
