COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

COURSE STRUCTURE
To achieve the BSB60420 qualification you have successfully completed.
PATHWAYS
The BSB60420 is a level 6 qualification in the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF). Therefore, it is recognised by all AQF colleges. On successfully completion of this qualification, you can continue to enrol into a number of business and management courses (bachelor’s degrees) at universities or higher education institutes. REQUIREMENTS
English proficiency (See Note 1): You
have an academic IELTS overall score equals to 6 or equivalent, or
have completed: (a) 2 years of your senior high school or (b) an AQF Certificate III or higher delivered in English language, or
come from an English speaking
Academic: Entry to this qualification is limited to those who
have completed an AQF Diploma or Advanced Diploma, or
have completed a diploma or higher from an overseas education provider
EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION
University Preparation College is an Australian college for English Language Intensive Courses for Overseas Students (ELICOS). The College offers the Pre-Foundation Program in association with the University of New South Wales (UNSW) in Sydney, Australia. In addition, the College offers English for Pre-Foundation Studies; English for Academic Purposes; Preparation for IELTS; and English for Science, English for Technology and English for Business. It also runs vocational programs in Accounting, IT, and Child Care. The College is based at Bankstown, a 20-minute train ride from central Sydney.
