This degree opens doors to entrepreneurship, start-up companies and new innovations that require business knowledge and cutting-edge information systems and technology skills.
Today, to implement technology, practicing professionals need to not only have knowledge and skills in information and communications technology, but they also need to understand the context in which computer technology can best be selected, applied and implemented.
The business component of the double degree will allow students to gain knowledge in one of three core Business areas: Money, Markets or Management.
Course structure:
Students can choose one of the major:
Applied Finance, Economics, Hospitality Management, International Business, Management, Marketing, Sport Management, Human Resource Management.
Professional accreditation
The Bachelor of Information Systems is accredited with the Australian Computer Society (ACS) at Professional level.

REQUIREMENTS
Students must have Successful completion of Year 12 or an equivalent qualification.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS: 6.5 overall score (min 6.0 in each subtest); TOEFL internet-based score of 82: Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13; Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): 58 overall; No communication skills less than 50.
