Are you intrigued by what excites and motivates people and how we interact with others? Take the first step to understanding human behaviour with our Bachelor of Psychological and Social Sciences. Learn skills fundamental to the theory and practice of psychology including replacing assumptions and popular myths with evidence-based approaches.
This degree is a foundation for psychology and behavioural studies. It will give you a thorough scientific understanding of psychology, and the specialist theoretical and research skills you will need to move into further studies. It displaces assumptions, misconceptions or popular opinions and installs evidence-based knowledge. What drives us? What stifles us? Psychology aims to make sense of who we really are.
This program will also introduce you to social science study areas of sociology, geography, and Indigenous studies to complement your learning about human behaviour.
Professional accreditation
This is a three year fully accredited program by the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council.

REQUIREMENTS
Students must have Successful completion of Year 12 or an equivalent qualification.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS: 6.5 overall score (min 6.0 in each subtest); TOEFL internet-based score of 82: Writing 21, Speaking 18, Reading 13, Listening 13; Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): 58 overall; No communication skills less than 50.
