COURSE DESCRIPTION
You’re fascinated by health and the way physical activity impacts people’s quality of life. This course will bring that passion to life and will open up to a career as a personal trainer, sports coach, research assistant or in a community recreation role.
Explore youth health issues, sexuality, drugs, psychology and risk-taking behaviours, as well as general health science, like human biology, health systems, health promotion and research. Gain practical experience in our state-of-the-art facilities, including a new gymnasium and renovated dance and gym studio.
When you successfully complete this 16-month diploma from The College, you gain guaranteed entry into the second year of the Bachelor of Health Science (HPE) at Western Sydney University.

REQUIREMENTS
Students must have Successful completion of Year 12 or an equivalent qualification.
English Language Requirements:
IELTS 6.0 overall score, minimum 5.5 in each subtest; TOEFL internet-based total 70 score Writing 20; listening and reading 11; speaking 16; Pearson Test of English Academic (PTE): 50 overall; No communication skills less than 42.
