COURSE DESCRIPTION
This three-year degree gives you a thorough grounding in all aspects of event management, from designing and selling to planning and implementing events for the profit and not-for-profit sectors. It explains and demonstrates the fundamentals of events while challenging you to investigate the underpinning theoretical concepts, enriching your understanding and development.
You can personalize your learning through a range of specialist electives. Unique in its delivery of a large number of specialist subjects, including event-specific design, marketing, business development and innovation, our degree gives you the expertise in critical and creative thinking to solve complex problems and implement innovative solutions. It delivers the essential skills required to operate in this fast-paced industry.

Learning directly from these experts and specialists, within and outside the classroom, you will experience the application of theory to current practice.
REQUIREMENTS
Senior high school certificate that is equivalent to an Australian Year 12 qualification with the required score from the public examination. OR Cambridge GCE Advanced Level Certificate with grade ‘E’ or higher in 3 Advanced Level subjects and 3 Ordinary Level subjects

- IELTS (Academic Module) – Overall 6.0 (no band below 5.5);
- TOEFL IBT (Internet-Based) – 79-80 with no band less than 19;
- TOEFL Paper – 550 (with a min TWE 4.0);
- TOEFL CBT (computer-Based) – 213 (with a min TWE 4.0);
- PTE Academic – 54 with no communicative skill score less than 47;
- TOEIC – Listening and Reading 700 – 780, Speaking 160, Writing 150;
- CEF – C1;
- CELS (all skills) – Pass with Merit; ISLPRS (all skills) – 3;
- FCE (Cambridge) – No;
- CAE (Cambridge) – Yes;
- CPE (Cambridge) – Yes.
