Mercury Institute of Victoria (MIV) was established in 2015 in Melbourne, Victoria as a Registered Training Organisation delivering courses and qualifications that are nationally recognised. Courses offered are in the fields of leadership, management, hospitality management, kitchen management and commercial cookery. All of MIV’s courses are delivered by qualified and experienced trainers. MIV aims to be a leader in quality tertiary education delivery through providing quality teaching, well-rounded assessments and a stimulating learning environment, while helping students develop core work skills. MIV is committed to providing opportunities for students to develop entrepreneurial skill development and delivering better learning solutions and quality assessments. MIV’s students are placed into small class sizes to encourage active participation between students and teachers and to ensure that cross-cultural understanding is promoted. MIV also offers flexible learning options.
