This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability.
This course is designed for international students who are:

Course Structure
Two (2) core and eight (6) elective units are required for the award of the BSB80615 Graduate Diploma of Management (learning). Units have been selected in accordance with the packaging rules and are relevant to the work outcome, local industry requirements and qualification level.

REQUIREMENTS
There are no entry requirements specified in the training package. VTI requires following entry criteria to be met:
You must:
- Be at least 18 years of age and have completed Year 12 or equivalent.
- Satisfactory completion of AQF Level 5 (Diploma) or equivalent.
- Have an IELTS* score of 5.5 (test results must be no more than 2 years old with no band score less than 5 in each module).
English language competence can also be demonstrated through documented evidence of any of the following:
- IELTS score of 4.5 or equivalent with an ELICOS (minimum of 20 weeks) or IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent with an ELICOS (minimum of 10 weeks) to be taken before the course. ELICOS must be at least at General English Upper Intermediate or English for Academic Purposes Upper-Intermediate level; OR
- Educated for 5 years in an English speaking country (Australia, United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, New Zealand, South Africa or the Republic of Ireland; OR
- An applicant who is a citizen of, and holds a valid passport issued by the United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, New Zealand, or the Republic of Ireland; OR
- Completed (within the past 2 years) in Australia in English: Substantial component of AQF level 4 or higher on a student visa; OR
- Successful completion of an Oxford English Placement Test (score 62-B2)
- OR
- Applicants originating from students visa assessment levels 1 and 2 (countries) without the required IELTS score must undertake VTI’s English Placement Test. If there are concerns about the applicants’ English language proficiency, they will be required to undertake a suitable General English (ELICOS) or EAL program.
