Career Outcomes

RTO manager, Career development manager (Education sector), RTO education advisor, General manager human resources, Learning and development senior consultant

REQUIREMENTS

English language proficiency of IELTS level 6.0 overall or equivalent; and

Successful completion of an Australian Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) or equivalent; or

Successful completion of an AQF Level 6 Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant work experience; or

A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience at a managerial or supervisory level.

A Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment is conducted on all entrants prior to enrolment into the program to ensure that AIBT can support each student throughout the program
