In doing so they work to implement an approved learning framework within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. Career Outcomes
This qualification is for those early childhood educators who are responsible for designing and implementing programs in early childhood and care services. In most jurisdictions, it is the qualification required at Director or Service Manager level.

REQUIREMENTS
Entry to this qualification is open to individuals who:
Hold a CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or
CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
You must be over 18 years or older at the time of application
Evidence of acceptable English language test course as below (or equivalent):
IELTS: 6.0
TOEFL: 73
Cambridge English: 169
Pearson Test of English Academic: 54
Occupational English Test taken no more than two years before the student visa application is made: Pass (A or B)
English Language Intensive Course for Overseas Students (ELICOS) with exit point of 6.0 IELTS equivalent or higher: Completion
