Bond University’s Graduate Certificate of Valuation and Property Development provides you with the foundational knowledge to open the door to careers in property valuation, urban development, and project management, and provides an introduction to the lifecycle of property development, financing, and management.
The curriculum includes a range of advanced management topics including property finance and investment, feasibility analysis, asset management and a range of property valuation subjects to develop professional knowledge and skills.
