COURSE DESCRIPTION

The Certificate IV in Building and Construction covers the skills and knowledge needed by professional builders, providing skills and techniques to manage a successful building business, such as how to plan construction work, apply building codes and supervise on-site construction projects.

Students will gain a trade outcome in building, covering work in residential and commercial applications. The qualification has core unit of competency requirements that cover common skills for the construction industry, as well as a specialist field of work.

REQUIREMENTS

Students must be 18+ years old & have completed Australian Year 12 qualification (or equivalent).

English Language Requirements: IELTS 5.5 (with a minimum of 5 in any band) or TOEFL IBT 46 or PTE 43 or CAE 47 or equivalent level from an approved ELICOS College.
