COURSE DESCRIPTION

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level are likely to provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They may also have some responsibility for organizing and monitoring the output of teams.

They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems and analyze and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

Course Structure

The BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management requires the successful completion of five (5) core units and seven (7) elective units. Electives for this qualification have been chosen by Infinite Learning Institute to ensure that students achieve a broad range of skills and knowledge in leadership and management.

REQUIREMENTS

Infinite Learning Institute has the following entry requirements: International students must:

Be at least 18 years of age and have completed the equivalent of Year 10.

Have an IELTS score of 6.0 (test results must be no more than 2 years old). English language competence can also be demonstrated through documented evidence of any of the following:

Educated for 5 years in an English speaking country; or

Completed at least 6 months of a minimum Certificate III level or higher course in an Australian RTO or education institute; or

Successful completion of an English Placement Test or evidence of undertaking relevant ELICOS program.

Note that other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can be accepted. You are required to provide your results so that we can confirm they are equivalent to IELTS 6.0.
