COURSE DESCRIPTION

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply project management skills and knowledge in a wide variety of contexts. The job roles that relate to this qualification may include Contracts Officer, Project Administrator and Quality Officer.

Individuals in these roles work autonomously, and might be members of a project team, with no direct responsibility for overall project outcomes. Primarily, these roles would support wider project operations. They may use project tools and methodologies selectively to support organizational or business activities.

Course Structure

The BSB40920 Certificate IV in Project Management Practice requires the successful completion of three (3) core units and six (6) elective units. Electives for this qualification have been chosen by Infinite Learning Institute to ensure that students achieve a broad range of skills and knowledge in project management.

REQUIREMENTS

Infinite Learning Institute has the following entry requirements: International students must:

Be at least 18 years of age and have completed a minimum of the equivalent of Year 10.

Have an IELTS score of 6.0 (test results must be no more than 2 years old). English language competence can also be demonstrated through documented evidence of any of the following:

Educated for 5 years in an English-speaking country; or

Completed at least 6 months of a minimum Certificate III level or higher course in an Australian RTO or education institute; or

Successful completion of an English Placement Test or evidence of undertaking relevant ELICOS program.

Note that other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL can be accepted. You are required to provide your results so that we can confirm they are equivalent to IELTS 6.0.
