COURSE DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this course is to provide participants with a range of knowledge, skills and, generic and specific competencies to support them in gaining employment in applying Blockchain technologies within an existing or new organisation.

Career Prospects/vocational outcomes:

Employment prospects for graduates are dependent on qualifications prior to commencing the course. The course intends to develop participants’ competency to undertake management or operational roles within an organisation, not limited to, for:

researching and crafting new Business Models that incorporate Blockchain technologies to create value and efficiencies.
researching and modelling business systems around the application of Blockchain technologies.
charging with transitioning organisational systems to a new and emerging Blockchain technologies.

Consultancy in the above fields in existing or new organisations.

Graduate can work as a Trainer and Assessor in any RTOs in Australia for the Advanced Diploma of Applied Blockchain course with an additional Vocational Education Teaching qualification such as the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.

Preferred pathways to the qualification

Completion of a Tertiary certificate of Certificate IV or higher that requires research and planning skills.
Completion of Applied Diploma of Applied Blockchain NAT10849 or equivalent degrees.
Student with experience in any field of disciplines adds value.

REQUIREMENTS

For entry into the Advanced Diploma level, both international and domestic students should have satisfactorily completed the equivalent of Australian Year 12 or Diploma or higher. International students must be 18 years of age or above at the time of their course commencement at the Institute. For under 18 students, they should have acceptable arrangements for their accommodation, support and general welfare for the duration of the student visa or until they turn 18 (whichever happens first) as per the ESOS Act and National Code.

International students applying either off-shore or on-shore will require:

  • either a minimum IELTS test score of 5.5 or 65 score in TOEFL or equivalent;
  • Results older than two years are not acceptable, OR
  • to provide evidence that they have studied in English for at least five years in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Republic of Ireland, South Africa, United Kingdom or United States
