Our practice-oriented Bachelor of Security Studies will prepare you to meet the needs of this rapidly changing sector by teaching you about security from a range of perspectives, including risk management, emergency response, national resilience, business continuity planning, law enforcement and the use of military force. And by learning to think critically and develop solutions by using real-world analytical techniques to examine contemporary security challenges, you’ll gain key employability skills. The Bachelor of Game Design and Development will provide you with a thorough grounding in software design and development. The addition of specialist units that critically appraise video games as designs and cultural media products means you’ll be equipped with the skills you’ll need for a successful career designing and creating the next wave of popular video games and virtual worlds.
