COURSE DESCRIPTION

We’re a step in the pathway for 485 visa holders seeking permanent residency under the general skilled migration program (GSM).

Program Overview:

The program delivery and internship duration of the PY Program is 44 weeks (not including Public Holiday, Christmas and Easter breaks).
Unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning for the duration of your enrolment in the program
Free professional development workshops and networking events
Ongoing career counselling; before and during the program and after graduation
Free access to our Recruitment Service, Monash Talent to assist you in securing employment
Students are required to attend an online ACS orientation and a Monash Professional Year Provider Orientation
As part of the PE Program students are required to undertake a PE online course that is undertaken concurrently with Internship

REQUIREMENTS

Completed an undergraduate or postgraduate award in Australia for ACS
Hold or applied for a Temporary Graduate visa (subclass 485, either stream) with at least 12 months validity or;
Hold an eligible Secondary Visa with work and study rights with at least 12 months validity
Have at least a PTE-A score of 50 in all categories or overall IELTS score of 6.0 across all four competencies or equivalent
English Language Test results are valid for 3 years upon commencement of the Monash Professional Year Program
Students must have 12 months (365 days) visa validity from the first day of course commencement

Moorabbin Flying Services, based in Victoria, is an education provider that has been training pilots to the Private Pilot Licence (PPL) and beyond for over 24 years. Its ground theory has been co-written by one of the leading authors in the field and its flight instructors are handpicked for their experience and skills. Some of its study options include the Diploma of Aviation (CPL Aeroplane); Diploma of Aviation (Instrument Rating); Flight Instructor Rating; Commercial Pilot Licence; and Private Pilot Licence.
