This qualification reflects the role of individuals who are engaged to manage the work of others or to add value to or review management practices. Their role may be in any industry or organisational setting.
Typically, people in these roles will have considerable experience in their respective industries or vocational areas and combine an informed perspective of specific work requirements with their managerial approaches. The qualification requires a sound theoretical knowledge base and managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate own work or the work of a team.
Job roles and titles vary across different industry sectors. A possible job title relevant to this qualification is Manager.
This course is delivered full time over a total of 52 weeks that includes 40 weeks of scheduled face to face delivery and up to 12 weeks of public holidays and terms breaks in between.
Course Structure:
To be awarded this qualification, competency must be demonstrated in 12 units of competency, consisting of 4 core units and 8 elective units.

REQUIREMENTS
Students must be of age 18 or over at commencement of this course.
Academic requirements:
To enter this qualification, applicants should have successfully completed year an equivalent of Australian Year 12.
English language requirements:
International students applying for this course either off-shore or on-shore will require:
Either a minimum IELTS (General) test score of 5.5 or equivalent for direct entry into a VET course;
or, IELTS score of 5.0 or equivalent with an ELICOS course (up to 10 weeks) to be taken before the main VET course;
or, IELTS score of 4.5 or equivalent with an ELICOS course (up to 20 weeks) to be taken before the main VET course;
IELTS equivalent tests include PTE and TOEFL. Results older than two years are not acceptable.

or, Cambridge English: Advanced CAE from Cambridge ESOL Test Scores –162
or, TOEFL internet based test – Score 46
