This course is designed for students wishing to develop a broad theoretical knowledge base and use of a range of specialized, technical, or managerial competencies to plan, carry out and evaluate their own work and/or the work of a team. This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of Business Services job roles and individuals may have frontline management accountabilities.
Individuals in these roles carry out moderately complex tasks in a specialist field of expertise that requires business operations skills. They may possess substantial experience in a range of settings but seek to further develop their skills across a wide range of business functions.
Upon successful completion of all units in this course, students are eligible for the award of BSB50120 Diploma of Business (Operations).
This course is appropriate for those:
Persons either domestic or international who wish to higher level of broader skills and knowledge in Business Operations.
Persons who have been made redundant from the workforce and are wishing to make a career change and who are seeking to update their existing skill set.
Currently holding other BSB qualifications and who are seeking recognition of prior learning.
Persons who are wishing to re-enter in the workforce or those looking to make a career change and who are seeking to update their existing knowledge and skill set.
