COURSE DESCRIPTION

This qualification reflects the role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individuals at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organizing and monitoring the output of their team.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.

Course Structure

The course will be delivered over a 12-month period across 4 terms.

Each term consists of 12 weeks of delivery and 1 week of break.

Total number of units = 12

5 core units and 7 elective units

Further Study

Students who successfully complete this qualification may progress onto: BSB40520 Diploma of Leadership and Management

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Completion of Year 12 or Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent
  2. Age- 18 Years or Above
  3. Academic IELTS 5.5 overall, no less than 5.0 in each band, or upper intermediate, or EAP from an approved ELICOS/ESL center or evidence of completing a VET course at Certificate IV or above the level in Australia.
  4. Students who do not meet the English requirement as above must sit for an LLN Test
