The PGA Institute is a leader in education in the golf industry. We are committed to providing students the support and guidance required to take the first step towards a career in golf.

Our unique program offers students the chance to learn best practice and skills for use within the golf industry. The PGA Institute offers an interactive learning environment, where students spend time both on and off the golf course, ensuring they gain the hands-on experience required to prepare them for a career in the golf industry.

The Diploma of Golf Management is ideal for students who:

  • Have a passion for golf and want to have a career in the golf industry
  • May be employed in the golf industry and are looking to upskill
  • Want to improve their knowledge of all aspects of the golf industry
  • Are seeking further education with pathway articulations into Bachelor Degrees or to the PGA of Australia’s Membership Pathway Program
  • Want to combine golf development with academic study? Consider adding the PGA Golf Development Program

External Pathways:

Students who successfully complete Diploma of Golf Management(10810NAT) are eligible to apply for credits earned from their PGA Institute studies toward selected Bachelor Degrees with Victoria University, Torrens University, Holmesglen Tafe, Deakin University and Griffith University.

With our partner institutions, students can articulate into Bachelor Degrees earning up to a one-year credit (equivalent) off the regular three-year Bachelor Degrees. Students can apply to enter into various Bachelor Degrees. Please click here to learn more about the specific courses available.

REQUIREMENTS

All students studying the Diploma of Golf Management must meet the
following entry requirements:

  • Aged 18-years or older
  • Completion of Australian Year 12 (equivalent) or higher education OR
  • Successfully complete LLN Assessment Test with PGA Institute

PGA International Golf Institute is a professional institute located in Queensland. It offers programs and courses to both domestic and international clients that include a 3-year and a 1-year Diploma of Golf Management course. It also offers an Elite Golf Program, PGA International Golf Institute tailored short courses, distance learning and a Golf and English Program. It is a registered training organisation and a provider on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Clients.
