This course includes skills in working effectively with others, sourcing and using information on the hospitality industry, customer service, cultural sensitivity and workplace safety. To complete the qualification, you are required to complete all 6 core units and 9 elective units.

REQUIREMENTS

Academic IELTS score of 6.0 Overall with minimum of 5.0 in all bands or equivalent.

Satisfactory completion of Year 10 or overseas equivalent .
