If you want to stand out from your cohort of managers, the Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning) will help you to step outside of the confines of traditional management to hone the sought-after skills of problem solving and critical thinking valuable across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply substantial specialized skills and knowledge in the field of learning and capability development. In these roles they make significant high-level independent judgements in major planning, design, operational and management functions within highly varied or specialized contexts.
You will develop a comprehensive understanding of how organizations work, how to capitalize on opportunities and how to deliver on projects. You will become more innovative and agile than the average player; a real contender for future leadership professional opportunities.
The course positions you to step beyond where you are now. It will ensure you have the essentials for career advancement, help you think like an entrepreneur, and set you apart from the rest. It will also develop cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources and transfer your knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

Course Assessment
Trainer/Assessor will employ a range of assessment tools to gather sufficient and quality evidence about student performance in order to make the assessment decision based on the qualification training and assessment strategy. Assessment evidence may include but not limited to:

REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years or older at course commencement.
Satisfactory completion of Australian AQF Level 6 or higher.
For international students, satisfactory completion of a three-year bachelor degree.
Meet English language requirements through any of the ways listed below:
IELTS 6.0 or equivalent
Minimum of two years study at an AQF level 4 or higher completed in Australia.
Senior Secondary Certificate of Education completed in Australia.
