Work towards a more equitable and sustainable future
Development, poverty, inequality and environmental sustainability are some of the most important issues in the world today. Study the causes and consequences of unequal development. Assess policy options for a more equitable and sustainable future. Broaden your understanding with legal expertise.
This program is the only development studies program in Australia to include economics and Aboriginal studies as core courses.
Pursue a career in the legal field, or make your mark across research, government, NGOs, business, and community organisations.
Course overview
This combined program provides opportunities to study the causes and consequences of unequal development and assess policy options for a more equitable and sustainable future, while studying the complementary skills in Law.
Learn and develop skills by studying courses in various aspects of law including:

Work across international aid organisations, consulting firms and local, state and federal government departments and more.
