Thrive in a career in business with this qualification. If you want to be an effective leader who inspires team members to exceed expectations, then this course will give you the skills to succeed. During this course you will develop skills in business technologies, managing business operational plans, as well as budgets, financial plans and resources. You will also acquire valuable knowledge in critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and develop policies and procedures as a leader of an organisation. You will have the opportunity to undertake project work, and also gain crucial experience working in a simulated business called Green glow, managing team effectiveness and workplace relationships.

REQUIREMENTS
An IELTS score (academic) of 6.0 with no band score less than 5.0 or equivalent.
Completion of BSB40120 Certificate IV in Business OR BSB40820 Certificate IV in Marketing and Communication is required for entry into this course.
