This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.
This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.
Pathways into the Qualification
Candidates may enter the qualification through a number of entry points demonstrating potential to undertake study at graduate level, including:
with a relevant Diploma or Advanced Diploma, or a relevant Certificate III or Certificate IV together with significant relevant vocational practice
with extensive relevant vocational practice, without formal qualifications
with a higher education qualification, together with relevant vocational practice.
Pathways from the Qualification
After achieving BSB80515 Graduate Certificate in Management (Learning), individuals could progress to any Training And Development Professionals programs offered at an AQF 8 and above.

REQUIREMENTS
To ensure an appropriate learning opportunity, participants would need to demonstrate a capacity to undertake study at a graduate certificate level, this can be demonstrated via the following:
Successful completion of Year 12 or the equivalent level of study.
Minimum English level of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent.
Actors College of Theatre and Television can also conduct an Language Literacy Numeracy assessment with a minimum scoring of 35 out of 40 (87.5%)
Applicant must be 18 years of age or above

The Actors College of Theatre and Television (ACTT) was established in the year 1992. It is a private institution located in Pitt Street, Sydney. The College offers courses that lead to qualifications at certificate, diploma and advanced diploma levels in music theatre, stage and screen acting, and technical production. The College also provides a one-year part-time acting course for young people, aged 14 to 18 years. Additionally, drop-in classes are also conducted for those who are not sure of committing to a full time acting course.
