COURSE DESCRIPTION

This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities. No licensing, legislative, regulatory or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication. 100 hours of practical work placement and assessment at a residential/aged care centre is compulsory for each student to complete the qualification.

Completion of Year 11, or equivalent in AQF

Minimum IELTS of 5.5 or equivalent
