Course Overview:
This qualification reflects the role of highly-skilled senior managers who use a broad range of hospitality skills combined with specialised managerial skills and substantial knowledge of industry to coordinate hospitality operations. They operate with significant autonomy and are responsible for making strategic business management decisions.
Career Pathways:
This qualification provides a pathway to work in any hospitality industry sector and for a diversity of employers including restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
Learning Outcomes:
Develop your skills to operate a venue at a senior level using practical knowledge and wide-ranging managerial skills.

Microsoft Office suite of programs
uniform for work placement:
full hospitality uniforms. One for café and another for functions.(included in material fee)
Delivery Mode
Classroom based face-to-face, work placement, self-directed and/or work-based training.
REQUIREMENTS
Academic Entry Requirement:
Satisfactory completion of Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Level 5 qualification and be at least 18 years of age
Participate in a suitability interview for your chosen qualification
English Entry Requirement:
IELTS: 5.5 overall with each band 5 or above, or equivalent.
Qualifications recognized by Alliance college as equivalent to an IELTS 5.5 overall score upon completion are as published below
