Australia’s boom in infrastructure development and construction has led to an increased demand for qualified industry professionals such as building surveyors.
Bond’s Master of Building Surveying equips you with the advanced knowledge as well as professional and technical skill sets to become a specialist in areas such as building legislation, technical codes, and construction standards, opening up opportunities for senior roles with major construction and development companies or for self-employment as a consultant surveyor.

The program has been designed in close consultation with the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors (AIBS), so you can be confident that your qualification covers the most up-to-date industry regulations, requirements, and technologies.
The Master of Building Surveying offers students the chance to increase their knowledge in the field of building surveying. Students will study with world-class academics and experienced practitioners. The program comprises two specialist subjects plus six shared core subjects. Completion of a further four postgraduate elective subjects will allow you to graduate with a Master of Building Surveying.
