The University of Adelaide College was the first education provider in Australia to offer a postgraduate pathway course to a Group of Eight university. We developed this specialised Pre-Master’s Program in close collaboration with the University of Adelaide, so you can follow your path to a range of master’s degrees in arts, business, health, computing innovation and more.
Our Pre-Master’s Program is for you if you:
- Have completed a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Just missed out on direct entry to the University of Adelaide
- Want to study at the University of Adelaide
Program benefits
Upon successful completion of your Pre-Master’s Program, you are guaranteed entry into your packaged postgraduate degree at the University of Adelaide.
All credit-bearing courses are the University’s syllabus, and once successfully completed, you will receive credit for these courses and enjoy guaranteed entry into your packaged master’s degree.
You’ll have the flexibility of studying a Pre-Master’s Program in one to three study periods. Students enrolled in the trimester-based master’s destinations will study three University courses, while students enrolled in the semester-based master’s destinations will study four University courses.
Pre-Master’s Program
- Intakes in March and October
- Taught over two study periods (bridging and credit bearing study periods)
- Consists of up to 10 courses
REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
English language Requirements
- IELTS – IELTS 5.5 overall (all bands 5.0 or above) or equivalent
- iBT TOEFL – 50 overall (15 or above in writing and speaking)
- Pearson Test of English – 42
- KITE – 425 Speaking and writing score min 400 each
