Explore how personal and societal values influence judgement. Gain a pragmatic and comprehensive framework that builds on subjective strengths and weaknesses for ethical decision making. Understand how organisational culture influences judgement: Explore the way organisational structure and culture shape individual and group-level judgement and decision-making. Examine how modern business and organisational contexts can either support our ethical judgement and decision-making skills or negate our moral impulses.
