The graduate certificate is designed for students who want to prepare for a career in the food and associated industries through study in food chemistry, processing, food safety and microbiology. Graduates of this course can also enter the Graduate Diploma in Food Science with full credit. This will give you the opportunity to gain a more comprehensive understanding of food science.
