COURSE DESCRIPTION

UNSW’s Master of Architecture/Master of Property and Development is a postgraduate double degree that combines a professional education in the practice and theory of architecture with a commercial understanding of how buildings are developed and managed.

After completing this dual degree, you’ll be able to follow the AACA pathways to becoming a registered architect (following time working in a professional setting and the Architectural Practice Examination – APE). You’ll also learn modern principles of property investment, development and management and lead the way in addressing challenges in the built environment, such as climate change, health and wellbeing.

These complimentary skills will give you a deeper understanding of the built environment, increase your employability and empower you to work at the cutting-edge of a dynamic industry.
