They use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.

REQUIREMENTS
Successful completion of Year 11 or the equivalent level of study (AQF Level III & IV)
Minimum English level of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent
18 years of age or above
Training Pathway into BSB40120 – Certificate IV in Business (Leadership)
BSB30120 Certificate III in Business or other relevant qualification/s and/or
Vocational experience in providing administrative or operational support to individuals and/or teams but without a formal business administration qualification
